As the traverse type valve finisher, to be used in the machining center that is equipped with a U-axis and HSK-A100 interface.

Not only ATC, but this tool also enables mixed flow of multi-product workpiece and generalizing the facility, because U-axis by itself can move the reamer and traverse blade. 

Conventionally, when used in machining centers, line-boring bars have to be shifted from the processing center, and then inserted into workpiece. This line-boring bar stays on center with the workpiece, and the cutting edges are pushed out by coolant pressure, intermediate support canbe used now.  Automatic diameter compensation of φ2.5μm is possible in the machine, in case of tool wear.
