FUJISEIKO GROUP believes that the best way to balance human respect and high productivity
is to ensure health and safety of our employees. Based on this recognition we shall encourage all
employees to exert their creativity and ingenuity and promote self-directed activities in order to
secure a healthy and safe workplace.
Activity Guidelines

We will comply with laws and regulations regarding occupational health and safety and secure health and safety of our employees based on internal regulations and standards. |

We will actively engage in mental and physical health promotion activities. |

We will promote health and safety activities by encouraging all employees to have a good communication between management and workers. |

We will aim to improve health and safety standards by ensuring effective promotion of our activities and PDCA cycle through Occupational Health and Safety Committee activities and so on. |

Through promotion of risk assessment, regular inspection of workplaces and working environment measurement we will actualize dangerous/harmful factors and prevent disasters. |
