The NARUTO Jig is for clamping ring gear-shaped products.
A single NARUTO jig can handle a wide variety of workpieces. Flex-adjustment of the workpiece center alignment and clamping position with the spindle movement (a single-axis general-purpose machine), reduces both “investment on jigs” and “changeover time”.

Background
- Conventional jigs used for machining ring gear-shaped products are not versatile, and the need to prepare jigs for each type of product has resulted in large costs.
In addition, when changing the type of product, man-hours are required to change the jig.

- The “NARUTO Jig” allows the clampers to be adjusted freely, making it possible to handle a wide variety of workpieces with a single unit.

The name of the product comes from the shape of the changeover disk on the back side of the clamping surface, which resembles a “naruto” food.
