Policy on the Protection of Personal Information

We recognizes the importance of protecting the personal information of customers and business partners obtained in the course of business operations and has established the handling of such information as follows.

  1. Compliance
    We comply with all laws, regulations, social norms and related internal regulations concerning personal information based on one of our Management Principles “Integrity.”
  2. Management System
    We shall take the following safety management measures to increase the effectiveness of personal information protection.
    1. ①We establish a person and organization responsible for personal information management and to manage personal information appropriately.
    2. ②We provide education for safety management to executives and employees to ensure that they are fully aware of the proper handling of personal information.
    3. ③When the handling of personal information is outsourced to an external organization, we supervise them appropriately to ensure that the information is managed safely within the scope of the purpose of use.
    4. ④We take physical and technical information security measures to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of personal information.
  3. Acquisition and Use of Personal Information
    We clearly indicate the purpose of use, acquire personal information by legal and fair means and use it accurately within the scope of the purpose of use. In the event that we intend to use personal information beyond the scope of the stated purpose of use, we will contact the person concerned and obtain their consent before use.
  4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
    We will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the individual except as required by law.
  5. Disclosure, Suspension of Use, Deletion etc. of Personal Information
    If a person requests disclosure, suspension of use, deletion etc. of their personal information, we will promptly respond in accordance with laws and internal regulations.
