Smallest spindles: S-CUBE
Ideal for cutting with a robot!
- We pursued miniaturization and weight reduction to develop a spindle that can be mounted on a robot.
By using robots for automation, we achieve cost reductions in labor and enable 24-hour operation.
- Robot applications can be expanded
- Contributes to labor savings
- Drilling is also realized with a robot
“Amazing Ideas / Facts!”
“S-CUBE” achieves a maximum speed of 20,000 RPM and features an ultra-compact spindle with a run-out of 2 µm. This is made possible by integrating advanced technology into a body measuring only 60 mm square. Its compact design significantly contributes to space efficiency and reduced robot load. Additionally, the spindle's machining feed function, an area where robots typically struggle, ensures stable cutting and deburring processes.
