Health and Productivity Management Policy
Basic Policy
We have established this policy based on the “FUJISEIKO Health Management Declaration” with the aim of promoting the physical and mental health of employees and their families and creating a healthy and comfortable work environment.
Course of Action
- Compliance
We not only complies with laws and regulations related to health management but also actively strive to meet standards that exceed those laws and regulations to make our activities more effective. - Building a Promotion Framework
We have established a health management promotion organization, clearly define each role and operate the organization efficiently in order to engage in Health and Productivity Management® more strategically and effectively. - Design a Promotion Plan
We design a promotion plan for Health and Productivity Management and at the same time we incorporate goals related it into the plan in order to continuously improve the level of us. - Education
We provide education to our executives and employees to help them understand the importance of Health and Productivity Management and to improve their knowledge about health. We also encourage them to actively participate in Health and Productivity Management. - Evaluation and improvement
We analyze and evaluate the current situation based on results of health checkups, reflect the measures in the promotion plan and strive for improvement.
