Human Rights Policy
Basic Policy
We have set “Integrity” as one of our management philosophies, which means “We conduct our activities without self-interest, upholding the spirit of legality and individual respect, coupled with sincerity, to enhance the company's credibility.” The Fuji Seiko Group has established this policy and promote activities related to human rights based on the founder’s belief.
Activity Guidelines
- Compliance with International Norms, Laws and Regulations
The Group, in accordance with our management philosophy, supports and respects international norms related to human rights, such as the International Covenant on Human Rights and International Labor Standards and complies with the laws and regulations of the countries and regions in which we conduct our business activities. - Scope of Responsibility
The Group applies this policy to all directors and employees. We also expect our business partners, including our suppliers, to understand and agree with this policy and to work with us to ensure that their business operations respect this policy. - Human Rights Due Diligence
The Group will establish and continuously implement a Human Rights Due Diligence system to identify, analyze and evaluate human rights violations in our business activities (including the supply chain) and take preventive measures and countermeasures. - Remedy
If it is certain that The Group has caused or involved in an adverse impact on human rights in our business activities, we shall immediately implement corrective measures and remediation. We will also establish a consultation service accessible to all concerned parties who may have been adversely affected. - Education and Training
The Group provides education and training to ensure that the importance of respecting human rights is embedded within the directors and employees and effectively implemented in our business activities. - Disclosure and Reporting
The Group will monitor compliance with this policy and make necessary improvements. We will also disclose and report the progress and results internally and externally as appropriate and engage in dialogue and consultations with relevant stakeholders as necessary.
